Black Tie Welcomes Three New Members To The Family
Black Tie Digital Marketing is thrilled to welcome three new members to the Black Tie family. Brittany Welch, Sean Rollins, and Josh Baker joined the team at the beginning of the year and have certainly hit the ground running.
The addition of Brittany and Sean adds two full-time content creators on staff and the addition of Josh adds to our world-class web development department. It’s yet another step forward in the continuing expansion of the organization.
These three additions may come from different backgrounds but they have integrated themselves into the Black Tie culture.
Brittany Welch
A recent New York University graduate and Melbourne resident, Brittany Welch will be joining the Black Tie team as our new content manager. Considering our previous content manager Alyssa is now a proud mother of a beautiful baby girl and will be writing part-time moving forward, Brittany has taken over for her very quickly.
Brittany was originally born on Long Island and moved to Florida when she was 16 years old. Besides attending college at NYU, she’s a Florida girl at heart. The occasional trip back to her alma mater is a must, but without Florida, she wouldn’t have ever met the company.
Formerly a member of Ford Motor Company’s social media team, Brittany has come to Black Tie to further explore her creative personality for the benefit of our clients. She’s thrilled at the opportunity to be able to lead the content team, learn about the many different industries of our clients, and really flesh out her writing talents in such a great way.
When she’s not working, this 18th century British literature aficionado spends time gardening on her apartment patio, writing poetry, and cooking. The Food Network helps with the latter and so long as she’s not on the next season of “Worst Cooks in America,” she feels like she’s doing quite well.
Brittany has some great experience in the publishing and editorial world, and is beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to show off her writing skills for such a great team. Black Tie is, in her words, “a calming place to work, which is great for productivity. Low stress equals high productivity and better quality work.” It’s a thought process, which sees her fit in perfectly with this rising company.
Sean Rollins
A graduate of Clemson University, Sean Rollins joins the Black Tie team as one of its newest writers. He has jumped into his new role with both feet and is definitely tackling his new workload with ease. His experience writing for organizations like Orlando City Soccer Club make him a welcome addition to the team.
Born in Greenville, South Carolina, Sean was raised and lives here in Brevard County. After attending college in the upstate of South Carolina and briefly living in Washington, D.C., he returned to his home state to help local businesses expand their online presence.
A devout Christian, Sean believes deeply in the Black Tie ethos of achieving excellence in his work to glorify God. He also lives by the mantra “love God, love people.”
When he’s not working, Sean enjoys playing sports, listening to music, reading, and writing. He also enjoys covering the local Major League Soccer team, Orlando City SC, and their reserve team here in Melbourne, Orlando City B, for the club’s website.
Sean’s excited to work with Black Tie’s variety of clients and learn more about their businesses while using his experience writing to help local business owners diversify their customer base.
Josh Baker
A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Josh Baker joins Black Tie as our newest web developer. His imagination and innovative use of web technology makes him a perfect fit for the Black Tie team as an organization always looking for new and creative ways to help our clients.
When he’s not working, Josh enjoys listening to music, drumming, and playing video games. He also enjoys working on user experience design and user interface design. This type of work is a passion he brings to his work for Black Tie as well as his spare time.
Josh is excited to join the Black Tie team and bring his unique caliber of skills to the company. Likewise, the organization is happy to have such a talented developer on its team.
Brittany, Sean, and Josh have the experience and skill set that can help us take our company to the next level for our clients. Now that they have integrated themselves into the office, we look forward to the coming months and years as Black Tie continues to grow to unforeseen heights. We’re pleased to have these three newest members join our expanding family.
