Each team member at Black Tie Digital plays a vital role in successfully implementing our digital marketing system, and our content and social media team is critical to the success of our clients.

Are you interested in working in a fun, creative environment? Blogging and updating social media for Black Tie Digital Marketing and our wide variety of clients is both a fun and rewarding position. This person will create unique content for a variety of platforms including website content, blogs, social media posts, press releases, and print media. As a Black Tie Digital team member you will experience the freedom of writing fresh and original content, while receiving support from our creative team.

The ideal individual for this position will be a self-motivated, energetic writer who takes initiative and finds pleasure in the challenges of writing for a vast array of clients and their audiences. This person must also be detail-oriented and take great pride in their work. If you’re always grammar-policing your friends and family then this might just be the job for you. It also wouldn’t hurt if you were good at darts, as we often hold office-wide tournaments.

At Black Tie Digital Marketing we are currently seeking to hire for part-time help, approximately 15-20 hours per week with a great opportunity to grow into a full time position. Although we are flexible with the work schedule, this position will report to our Melbourne, Florida office during business hours (M-F, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.).

Requirements/Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong understanding of Social Media Websites (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of MLA writing & composition guidelines

Strong Attention to Detail

 

 Preferred Skills But Not Required:

Knowledge of SEO techniques

Knowledge of WordPress and similar Content Management Systems

4-Year degree
