Twitter Makes Analytics Dashboard Free To All Users

At Black Tie Digital Marketing, we know how important it is for you to know the details behind your social media activity. While Facebook has done a great job at providing its users with analytics, Twitter hasn’t done the same. While analytics were always available through Twitter, they haven’t been free until now.

Seth Fiegerman wrote on Mashable.com that, “Twitter now grants users free access to a comprehensive analytics dashboard showing the number of retweets, favorites, and click-throughs each tweet receives — a metric that average users didn’t have access to before.”

I’m a big advocate of businesses using Twitter to reach out to their customers. Hopefully, this addition will encourage those who have been putting Twitter on the back burner to take charge of their accounts. Many people find it easier to air their grievances or complaints via Twitter and it’s best if your company is actively using Twitter and responding to any customer feedback. This will show your customers that you value their opinion and appreciate their business.

Fiergerman explains that, “to access these features, simply log in to your account on Twitter’s advertising page. There, you’ll see an option in the top left to view analytics for your timeline activity, which displays the performance of your recent tweets.”

Check out your analytics on Twitter to see how well your tweets have been performing. If you need help with Melbourne, Florida Internet Marketing then give Black Tie Digital Marketing a call today to see how we can help you.
