What We’re Thinking about This Week: Pumpkin Spice and the Power of Now
It’s Monday and we’ve got our minds on the first day of Fall, upcoming client projects, all things pumpkin-spice, and celebrating a month in our new office space. We also have been reading about the “Power of Now” – detailed in this article by Google. As you celebrate the last Monday of Summer, take a look into our digital marketing minds and see what is fueling our creativity this week.
The Power of Now: It’s undeniable that the key to business success is creating the best possible and most accessible customer experience. The Internet is allowing consumers to learn as much as they want about your business or service, whenever they want – and wherever they want. Increasingly, consumers are using their mobile devices as personal shopping advisors and in-store educators. What they find out in these ‘micro-moments’ often influences purchase decisions more than the conventional advertising elements of yesteryear. Without a responsive website and the ability to transcend mobile platforms, these micro-moments can become lost opportunities.
At Black Tie, we constantly ask ourselves how we can better serve our clients – and in turn, help them find and reach a greater audience. It’s the reason why we’re in the process of re-designing our own website, and encouraging our clients to make the worthwhile investment in a responsive website. So stay-tuned for our new look! And if you’re looking to capitalize on the crucial micro-moments happening within your customer base every day, call us and let’s put together a plan.
A Month In Our New Office: It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a month in our new, expanded office space. With more room for creativity, great ideas, and fooseball, our Melbourne team is feeling right at home! We’re loving our new digs, our Instagram art wall, and our most recent addition – a hand-painted Black Tie adorning our bullpen. See it all on our Instagram or Facebook pages.
Our Obsession with Pumpkin Spice: Fall may not officially be here until Wednesday, but we’ve been indulging in all things pumpkin spice for at least a week already. Our winners have been Pumpkin Spice M&M’s and Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks – over ice, since this is still Florida after all.
With the first day of Fall happening on Wednesday this week, what are you most looking forward to? If upping your customer engagement or improving your web presence are on your Autumn agenda, then give us a call. We’re looking forward to a season full of great change!
